I specialize in teaching sleep exercises and techniques that help address sleep apnea and other sleep-related conditions. These myofunctional therapy exercises have been proven by research to be a very effective complimentary modality that can reduce the symptoms associated with sleep disordered breathing.

My programs are easy to follow for adults, teens and even children. They take up very little time (usually less than 10 minutes a day), they work beautifully, and the results can be amazing!

It’s all done online, at your convenience. There’s no waiting in traffic, driving across town, or even struggling to find someone who can help you in your city. You’d be amazed at how easy it is for you to meet with one of therapists, and how simple it is to follow your treatment program.
